This course is approved as a 15-hour code update for the 2020 NEC. Taken online via a series of short videos, this course will explain all the major changes and you will answer questions along the way. You can start and stop at your convenience, making this the most efficient way to get the course information you need and get you back out in the field.

After you purchase the course (within 24 hours, but often the same day) you will be given a username and password to access the course and begin right away.

This course requires students to have their own copy of the National Electrical Code book.

This course, taken online, is a convenient way to stay current with the changes to the code if you like to study alone and do not prefer additional instructor interaction. Students will be asked questions which point to the code change in the 2020 code cycle and answer questions pertaining to those changes.

After payment, a unique student link will be sent to you via email (within 24 hours, but often the same day) so you can access the course.

This course requires students to have their own copy of the National Electrical Code book.

If instructor interaction is desirable, we would recommend choosing the video series version above which provides about 8 hours of additional instruction and is approved in multiple states.

This course is approved by the state of Maine as a 15-hour code update for the 2020 NEC. Taken via correspondence, the student will complete the packet sent to them and return it once complete. This is a very convenient way to stay current with the changes to the code especially if you do not like reading on a screen and like to have a piece of paper in your hands. Students will be led through major code changes in the 2020 code cycle and answer questions pertaining to those changes.

The course will be mailed to you within 2 business days (most often the same business day).
