Customizable Self-Paced Programs to Meet Your Goals

If you are interested in becoming an electrician but cannot make it to our trade school or be logged in at a specific time of day, our Self-Paced Correspondence program may be the choice for you. You can take your classes when they fit into your schedule. Do a little each night, or work on it during the weekends…the choice is yours. Maine Electrical Institute offers self-paced electrician training online.

We provide you with the books you need through our book-lending program…and access to the course quizzes online (and homework and videos for many courses). At the end of each course, you take a proctored exam…either at our facility or through an approved proctor, swap books for the next one, and move to the next course, progressing through at your own speed.
